To develop leadership skills and a spirit of volunteerism among young people.
To in still life skills, including problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication, through activity-based learning.
To encourage youth participation in community service projects, promoting social justice and care for the environment.
To foster spiritual growth through interfaith prayers and value-based programs, creating a strong moral foundation.
To collaborate with all Christian-run schools of Northeast India, local communities, district-level, and state-level institutions to reach more young people with the message of Scouting and Guiding.
To prepare Scouts and Guides for higher achievements such as the Rashtrapati Award and other national recognitions.
